Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We are in network providers for:
Aetna, Ameritas, Assurant, Avesis, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry, Delta Dental, DMBA, EMI, GEHA, Guardian, Humana, Met Life, PEHP, Regence, Select Health, Principle, TDA, United Concordia United Healthcare.
We are happy to bill all insurance companies. You are responsible for any services that are not paid by your insurance. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We offer payment via secure text, call and request text to pay. Our office does offer arrangements from monthly payment plans via external financial institutions. All financial arrangements must be completed prior to the actual procedure.
